Ans:

15 rs = 15 choclates

15/3 = 5 sets of wrappers = 5 choclates

5 choclate gives 1 set of wrapper = 1 choclate

Remaining 2 choclates + new choclate gives 1 set of wrappers =1  choclate..

So..15+5+1+1 = 22.😄
