How to get mouse hover values in Spyder plot?

Go to Tools > Preferences > IPython console > Graphics

In the section 'Graphics backend', select Qt5 as backend instead of Inline.

Click Apply and then Ok.

Now plots will pop up and you can get coordinates by hovering.
